How long does my order take to ship?

Rustic Craft has a two week processing time for custom and 5 to 7 days for original pieces.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Rustic Craft does not ship internationally at this time.

What is your return policy? 

All sales are final. No returns or refunds are accepted.
Replacements are only provided for items that are mis-shipped or arrive damaged. Claims must be made within 5 days of delivery with photo proof.
